CANCELLATION POLICY
- For cancellations up to 30 days prior to check in there shall be no cancellation fee and the amount of any deposit shall be credited towards a future stay subject to availability; the credit shall be valid for up to one year from the date of cancellation;
- For cancellations between 20 and 30 days prior to check in the hotel shall retain 50% of the reservation deposit and 50% shall be credited towards a future stay subject to availability; the credit shall be valid for up to one year from the date of cancellation;
- For cancellations which are 20 days or less prior to check in, the entire amount of the deposit shall be retained as a cancellation fee; in no case we will refund cancellation fees.
- Until 7 days prior to check in, no cancellation fee will be charged. The deposit will remain as credit for future reservations. This credit will be valid for 1 year since the cacellation occurs. Deposits will not be refunded.
- Untill 4 days prior to check in 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged as cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be held as credit for future reservations. This credit will be valid for 1 year since the cacellation occurs. Deposits will not be refunded.
- Cancellations during the last 3 days prior to check in date, and no show cases will have a full amount cancellation fee with no right to credit or reimbursement.
