Contract Revocation

According to current legislation applicable to all contracts concluded outside the hotel and at a distance, the consumer has the non-waivable right to revoke acceptance within ten days counted from the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline expires on a non-business day, it is extended to the next business day.

Acceptance of Conditions

Acceptance of the conditions at the time of purchase and payment of reservations implies that the guest is aware of the accommodation conditions. Guests agree to comply with the conditions of their reservation:

• Payment methods and agreed current rate
• Check-in and check-out times of the rooms

Guest Registration

All guests must present valid identification at the time of check-in; minors must prove their relationship with accompanying adults; foreign residents must prove non-residence in Argentina to benefit from Decree 1043/2016. Occasional guests invited to the rooms must register at reception and may enter temporarily with authorization from the guest.

• Compliance with rules of conduct, hygiene, safety, and social coexistence
• Safekeeping of valuables: Hotel rooms are equipped with self-programmable safety deposit boxes. We recommend guests secure their valuables.
• Respect for the establishment’s facilities: Any damage caused by guests to objects, movable property, or the hotel premises due to improper or negligent use shall be their sole responsibility, and they must cover the cost of repair or replacement.

Prohibitions

It is prohibited to carry out activities within the hotel rooms that are not intended for their use without prior consent from the hotel.

• Using equipment and facilities for improper or inappropriate purposes
• Carrying out repairs on equipment of any kind or replacing it without prior consent from the hotel
• Accommodating a number of people exceeding the maximum capacity established for the unit
• Providing accommodation services to third parties or using the unit for purposes other than those for which it was contracted
• Carrying out any activity that contradicts rules of coexistence, hygiene, and public order or that disturbs the normal rest of other guests
• Bringing in animals without express authorization from the company
