PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENTS
1. Purpose
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you, as a visitor and/or user of our Sites, about the way we process your Personal Information (as defined below), and about the various options you have regarding the use of your Personal Information.
In this regard, Galileo Boutique Hotel, in light of the stated purpose, declares that the data collected through the Site will always be processed in such a way that the protective purpose established by personal data protection is safeguarded.
The confidentiality of private communications between Galileo Boutique Hotel and users implies maintaining the information in files, records or databases, in such a way that access by users or unauthorized third parties is restricted.
Periodically, we may modify this policy in order to include the processing of new matters and to reflect changes in our Sites, the technologies used by us that may affect the processing of your information, or our approach regarding the use of the information collected. This policy applies to all sites and services that are owned and/or operated by Galileo Boutique Hotel (hereinafter “we”) and/or affiliated companies, and to any other site that we may own or operate now or in the future. This policy shall not apply if you access sites other than those of Galileo Boutique Hotel, even when such sites are linked to Galileo Boutique Hotel Sites by links or any other type of connection, whether telematic or not.
3. Personal Information
Your personally identifiable information as an individual user, understood as your full name, identity document, address, telephone number, service preferences and/or email address (hereinafter “Personal Information”).
On our Sites, you may be required to provide Personal Information in order to facilitate your use of, or participation in, registrations, subscription services, access accounts, and/or in connection with any other activities, services or resources that we may provide on any of the Galileo Boutique Hotel Sites.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals not less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is proven in accordance with Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law 25.326. The National Directorate for Personal Data Protection, the enforcement authority of Law No. 25.326, has the power to address complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
4. Messages
In order to provide you with better service, we may in the future send messages to confirm your registration and/or inform you about the status of your account, and/or notify you of changes to the terms and conditions of the Galileo Boutique Hotel Sites or this Privacy Policy. Occasionally, we may also send emails to present products, services, information, etc., that we believe may be of interest to users of our Sites.
If you wish to correct, modify, access, delete, restrict or object to your Personal Information or decide to stop receiving messages, you must notify us reliably by sending an email to our address: reservas@galileoboutiquehotel.com so we can process your request as soon as possible.
5. Exceptions to the confidentiality of Personal Information and other information
In compliance with our legal obligations, your Personal Information and/or any other specific information about you to which we may have access, whether intentionally or accidentally, and/or about your account, may be disclosed to third parties in order to comply with legal procedures such as a search warrant, subpoena, court order, or requests from administrative authorities deemed valid under applicable law.
Likewise, for our protection, yours, and that of other users of the Galileo Boutique Hotel Sites, your Personal Information may also be disclosed in cases involving an attempt to breach the security of the Sites, or physical danger or threats against you, us, or third parties.
In cases where you provide or disclose your Personal Information or any other information about yourself in online communications, such as message boards or chat rooms, such information may be collected and used by third parties, with or without your consent. Although we make every effort to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you disclose through such online communications, and therefore you do so at your own risk.
6. Children’s Privacy
Minors are not eligible to use any service on our Site on their own, as they may not fully understand all contractual provisions of this Policy and its implications, nor validly decide on the options available to adult users. For this reason, we urge all parents, guardians or supervising adults to prevent minors from using the Galileo Boutique Hotel Sites on their own.
